Cardinals baseball finds new Springfield home on 102.1 The Won

St. Louis Cardinals baseball is settling into a new radio home in the Ozarks as 102.1 The Won becomes Springfield’s go‑to station for Spring Training and regular season broadcasts.

The station will air every weekend Spring Training matchup and provide full pregame and postgame coverage throughout the season, according to a community announcement.

“We are so excited to add St. Louis Cardinals baseball to 102.1 The Won,” director of content Mike “The Intern” Holmes said. “The Cardinals have an incredible following here in the Ozarks, and St. Louis Cardinals radio broadcasts are the best in Major League Baseball.”

The station, part of Mid-West Family Marketing, also features The Starting Lineup morning show with Ned Reynolds, Scott Puryear and Art Hains.

Its sports offerings include St. Louis Blues hockey, NFL football, The Jim Rome Show and VSiN network programming.

Cardinals broadcasts previously aired on 105.1 The Bull, another station operated by Mid-West Family.

The company also runs 104.7 The Cave and Springfield’s rock outlet Q92.9.
