The Arizona Cardinals have many roster decisions to make before then.

Leading up to the new league year, we will profile every player on the roster, go over what they did last season, what their contract status is and what they face in 2026.

Next up is wide receiver Simi Fehoko.

Simi Fehoko 2025 season

Fehoko signed with the Cardinals last offseason on a one-year, mostly guaranteed deal. He played well in the preseason and it looked like he would be a lock for the roster, but he was cut and stated the season on the practice squad. He was signed to the active roster in September and then played in eight games, almost all on special teams (37 offensive snaps, 116 on special teams) before he broke his arm and was plpaced on inured reserve, missing the rest of the season. He did not have a catch but had seven total special teams tackles.

Simi Fehoko contract status

Fehoko will be an unrestricted free agent with the new league year.

Simi Fehoko offseason outlook

The Cardinals have a new head coach and special teams coordinator. He doesn't have a connection to either of them. He is coming off a third consecutive year in which he didn't play more than eight games.

While he has value because of his play on special teams, he likely will not be retained.
