The in-state recruits keep piling on for the Wisconsin Badgers, who landed a commitment from 2027 three-star edge rusher Isaac Miller, he announced on Friday.

Standing 6’5, 250 pounds, Miller, who attends Catholic Memorial High School, is the No. 6 recruit in the state of Wisconsin in the loaded 2027 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He becomes the fourth commit to join the Badgers in the cycle, with all four coming from the state.

Miller has been a longtime target of the Badgers, earning an offer from the program back in April of 2025. Since then, he’s also picked up offers from Missouri, Tennessee, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Miami, Michigan, and a number of other highly-regarded programs.

But ultimately, the Badgers won out in the three-star’s recruitment, securing a key edge target in the 2027 class.

Wisconsin also has commitments from four-star tight end Korz Loken, three-star safety Dustin Roach, and three-star offensive lineman Ethan McIntosh. Loken, who attends Iola-Scandinavia High School, is the No. 1 recruit in the state of Wisconsin, according to the 247Sports Composite, and is a top-10 tight end in the country. Roach, who attends Catholic Memorial, and McIntosh, who attends Verona, are both top-10 recruits in the state and filled out key needs for the Badgers.

Wisconsin is still targeting a number of in-state recruits, with four-star running back Kingston Allen (Notre Dame Academy), four-star offensive lineman Cole Reiter (Germantown), four-star interior offensive lineman Hunter Mallinger (Hamilton), and three-star offensive lineman Reece Mallinger (Hamilton) among the top targets.
