CB target from Georgia names Florida State a top school

· Yahoo Sports

Florida State is making a strong case in the recruitment of 2027 three-star cornerback Khamani Estrada. They're currently battling Kentucky for who is recruiting him the hardest at the moment.

Estrada also has Kansas State and Pittsburgh trying hard to get him to commit. However, Blue Adams, the Seminoles' cornerbacks coach, is zeroing in on Estrada due to his size and length at 6-feet and 175 pounds. He extended an offer to Estrada back in January.

Ever since then, Adams has built a bond with Estrada, and it's made FSU one of his top choices.

"Definitely a top program for me. I love the relationship I have with coach Blue [Adams] and I cant wait to get on campus," Estrada told Noles247.

Estrada had a productive junior campaign at Westlake High School in Atlanta, Georgia. He racked up 43 tackles, three interceptions, four pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.

The 247Sports composite rankings have Estrada listed as the No. 471 player nationally and the No. 48 cornerback. In the state of Georgia, he's listed as the No. 51 prospect.

FSU will host Estrada for a multi-day official visit on June 12-14.
