PFF's Bills picks in the outlet's three-round mock can be found below:

Round 1, pick 26: Buffalo Bills: WR Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana

While not a typical big, X-receiver on the outside, Cooper is versatile and some compare his game to former Bills wideout Stefon Diggs. But Cooper did average 21.2 yards per catch in 2024 so he has virtual threat in his game

His best and National Championship winning season in 2025 saw Cooper make 69 catches for 937 yards and 13 touchdowns.

PFF's breakdown:

Cooper looked better and better as his college football career progressed, culminating in an 87.4 PFF overall grade in his final season at Indiana. He averaged 2.55 yards per route run and dropped just 4.2% of the catchable passes thrown his way in 2025. He could be the perfect fit for a Bills offense still searching for a No. 1 wide receiver for quarterback Josh Allen.

Round 2, pick 60: Buffalo Bills: EDGE LT Overton, Alabama

The Bills consistently mix and match their pass rush every offseason. The second round has often been an area general manager Brandon Beane has targeted pass rushers in the past as well. Overton is also versatile and could take snaps at tackle as well, according to NFL.com's draft profile.

Round 3, pick 91 Buffalo Bills: LB Jacob Rodriguez, Texas Tech

A linebacker is dependent on whether or not Matt Milano and Shaq Thompson return. They will hit free agency. Likewise to Overton, The Draft Network tabs Rodriguez a versatile defender that can move around a defense.
