Speaking to Catalunya Radio (h/t Mundo Deportivo), Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has heaped praise on Hansi Flick’s FC Barcelona team.

The former Blaugrana head coach, who was paying tribute to Johan Cruyff on the tenth anniversary of his death, claimed that the current team, led by Flick, makes everyone enjoy football.
“Whenever I have the chance to watch Barça, I do so with interest because I find it entertaining,” he said.
For the Manchester City manager, that feeling is essential in football: “the feeling of enjoying it.”
In his reflection, Guardiola compared watching Barcelona to other cultural and leisure activities such as going to the cinema, the theatre, or dining out. In all cases, the objective is the same: “to have a good time.”

In his view, Flick’s team fulfils that purpose.“It’s a Barça that makes you enjoy yourself, and when you sit down in front of the television, you know you’re going to have a good time watching the team,” he explained.
His remarks not only underline the style of the current Barcelona side, who lead the La Liga table with a four-point advantage over Real Madrid, but also connect with a deeply rooted idea in the club’s history: football as art and entertainment.
This is not the first time Guardiola has praised Flick’s Barcelona in recent days.
After winning the Carabao Cup with Manchester City last Sunday, following a 2–0 victory over Arsenal, the Catalan coach named what he considers the three best teams in Europe: “Arsenal FC, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona.”
